Welcome!

I am an economist with interests in development, health and behavioral economics. I am Associate Professor (with tenure), Development Economics at the Institute of Social Studies at Erasmus University. I am also on the management team of the Rotterdam Global Health Initiative. From 2013-2014 I was post-doc in the Max Weber Program at the European University Institute (EUI), Florence. In 2013 I did my PhD in International Economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva. I have advised and consulted for the World Bank, the Gates Foundation, WHO and others. 

Fields of interest: Development Economics, Health Economics, Behavioral Economics, Policy Evaluation.
